
About Michael Guesev
Michael Guesev is a specialist at the intersection of economics, data, financial modeling and strategic decision-making. Originally hailing from the coastal town of Scarborough, Maine, Michael has built a career bridging quantitative finance, analytics consulting, and strategic transformation on a global scale.
Currently, Michael leads strategic finance and investment analysis for a NEOM sector investment portfolio in Saudi Arabia. In this role, he develops advanced valuation frameworks, risk simulations, and capital allocation strategies to drive high-impact, long-term investments. Prior to joining NEOM, Michael honed his expertise at BlackRock in the Aladdin Financial Engineering team and at Goldman Sachs in Global Banking & Markets, where he contributed to large-scale trading initiatives and analytics design.
Michael holds a Master’s in Quantitative Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also a distinguished recipient of the U.S. Department of State’s Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship and the National Security Education Program Boren Scholarship.
